Shipping Information

1. Delivery Timeframe

You can expect to receive your products within 3-7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this delivery timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping: Delivery time and charges vary from country to country. Please WhatsApp us to know the estimated delivery time and cost for international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

● We offer free shipping on all national orders above INR 3000.

● For orders below INR 3000, a shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable.

● International orders will be charged separately based on destination and weight.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, you can request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the goods. This policy applies to national orders only. We do not accept returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Process

● To initiate a return, please fill out the return form available on our website or send us an email with your order details.

● A restocking fee of INR 199 will be deducted, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

● If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment source after deducting INR 199 per piece as the Shipping and Restocking Fee.

● Please allow up to 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are extremely diligent about our quality checks. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include your order number and clear images of the defect or issue in your email so we can assist you promptly.
